I've been here so many times and it's honestly the best massage spot in Vancouver. Their Thai massages always make me feel relaxed afterwards, and all of the therapists have amazing technique. I'm always looking forward to my next massage here!

This place was amazing. The staff was super cordial and patient, they took us in at the last minute on Sunday. I got a Swedish massage and my friend got an east west massage. Both our masseuse were kind enough to take our inputs on what areas we wanted to focus on and whether the pressure felt right. They also offer a lounge and ginger tea at the end of the service and the tea was the cherry on the cake. All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable massage experience

My girlfriend and I visited Smile while traveling from Toronto, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip! We had a couples massage, and the experience was incredible. The massage attendants were not only skilled but also so kind and hilariously entertaining—it felt like an authentic and heartwarming connection with true Thai culture. The spa is immaculate—clean, peaceful, and perfectly zen. The tea room was a lovely addition that made the experience even more special. To top it all off, the service was very affordable. We’re already dreaming of our next visit next time we’re in Vancouver!

Visiting Vancouver for a recent holiday weekend, I wanted a nicer spa experience treat for my wife. After digging into Google reviews, I settled on Smile Thai Wellness Spa, and signed us up for a couples massage. Hoping it was just be plesant. I get deep tissue massage a couple times per month, always hoping to losen up my injured shoulder. I had even recently gone to PT and was scheduled to see an Orthopedic surgeon. However, I worked on accepting that limited flexibilty and constant pain would be my lot as I am not willing to have surgery at this point. I was a bit worried that a new provider may not be careful with my shoulder, not knowing me or my injury. Turns out that worry was a waste of time. Thai massage is its own style I wasn't expecting. Gaew, my provider, worked her process as she no doubt does every day. However, as she worked on my shoulder, I could feel it loosen. That afternoon and the next few days, I found myself in less pain and even had times without pain. Now, a few weeks later, my shoulder still has that larger range of motion, without pain. The injury is still there, I can tell. However, I would say I am 75% better than prior to my visit at Smile Thai Wellness and Gaew’s work on me. Smile Thai Wellness Spa was a professional operation from start to finish. It was easy to book through their site, they had helpful front desk support to greet us, took care of details, had a beautiful facility and, as I’ve said, fantastic practitioners that clearly know their craft. Thankfully, I’ve cancelled the Orthopedic appointment! I am looking forward to another visit on my next trip to Vancouver.

We went for the deep tissue massage and it was honestly one of the best we’ve had. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the therapists were very professional — they knew exactly how to apply the right pressure and focus on the areas that needed it most. The place was spotless, and the entire experience felt high-end without the high price. Definitely amazing value for the quality you get — totally worth every dollar. Highly recommended!

Thank you so much Kazumi and Aya, we really enjoyed 60min Thai massage today! She knows all of spots which have lots of tension, and hits the exact pressure that my body needs. The spa has many rooms and looks busy, but it’s very quiet, clean and comfortable in the massage room. After the massage we had ginger tea in another room, so we still can bask in the afterglow after the massage. It was really perfect and relaxing, definitely will come back soon!

I had the most amazing deep tissue massage from a practitioner named Chia last night. It was the best massage I’ve ever received and I’ve received many…you’re so talented, thoughtful and great at what you do. Thank you Chia💜 On top of that, it’s such a pretty calm location within the city. I just love it 💞💞

Beautiful spa and great service! I was able to walk in and book an appointment for the same day which was great. I chose the Smile Signature Lily package to wrap up my week in Vancouver and it was just what I needed. The space is really calming, clean, and has great ambiance. The ginger tea in the sitting room was my favorite. I will definitely be back!

While visiting Vancouver, I decided to get a massage on a rainy day and chose Smile Thai and opted for the East Meets West Massage. Ruby was wonderful—honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. She seemed to know exactly where my problem areas were and worked them out perfectly. I left feeling so much better and would definitely recommend this place. Now I just hope I can find a massage this good back in Minnesota 🤞
